2. Service Description

AUREUM provides private preventive longevity management services, including medical evaluations, continuous monitoring, care coordination, and long-term health planning. Our services are complementary to traditional medical care and do not replace it.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: AUREUM Private Longevity Office is not a health insurance provider or a substitute for emergency services. Our services are complementary to traditional medical care and do not replace the physician-patient relationship. In case of medical emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency service immediately.

4. Membership and Payments

Memberships are structured on an annual basis with advance payment. Prices may vary depending on the selected plan and case complexity. We do not offer refunds for services already provided.

5. Cancellation

Membership cancellation must be notified in writing with 30 days' notice. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of the paid year.

6. Confidentiality

All medical and personal information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable health data protection regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

AUREUM is not responsible for adverse medical outcomes that may occur despite our preventive efforts. Our services are of a preventive and advisory nature, not active treatment of acute conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and materials of the AUREUM website and services are exclusive property of AUREUM Private Longevity Office and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to members via email.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where AUREUM operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
